In-line Oil Monitoring System

The Oil Advantage continuously monitors oil wear to maximize engine life and optimize oil change intervals. In addition the Oil Advantage HD system detects conditions of excess soot and water. The in-line pol monitoring system is calibration free and has a simple display. It combines the two-step method of sampling and analysis into a single automated process by continuously measuring the indicatios of oil wear, providing affordable assurance of optimal oil performance.

In-line Oil Monitoring System

The Oil Advantage users a differential signal to achieve a unique, calibration free signal that reflects the true wear condition of the oil. A direct measurement of the oil is compared to a measurement across an ionically charges polymeric bead matrix to determine the wear condition of the oil's carbon backbone.
